The property was clean and had very friendly staff. the room was quiet, had air conditioning, and I had a comfortable stay. - the location was fantastic, close to bars and restaurants.

Spacious and beautiful room plus with views of rooftops. Amazing location not far from the Avenida Rodrigo de Padron, close to the police station, numerous bars and restaurants and the restaurants in the old city. Also, to the taxi stand;))

The room met the criteria, fairly quiet with balconies.

The staff of the hotel could not possibly be friendlier! They were warm, chatty, helpful, and in every way welcoming. They really made the stay. The location is also excellent, and the price quite reasonable.

The walls are a bit thin. We could hear our neighbors with no trouble at all. Luckily, they were family.

The staff were really helpful and pleasant during our stay. The location was good and fantastic - just 5 minutes' walk from the Tourism Office. It was very close to all the historic sights, bars, and restaurants, as well as important places like the Post Office and National Police.

We were made very welcome by a German assistant at the hotel who spoke good English and explained in detail where we could park the car in the city at a much cheaper rate than in the local car park. The owners were also very welcoming. Continental breakfast was substantial, with as many cups of coffee as required. The hotel was within walking distance (10 mins max) to the Cathedral with many exciting shops, bars and cafes on the way. Also close to the university and a large park. A lovely place to stay.

Very welcoming staff,great location and would stay there again. Left very early in the morning and they accommodated us very gracefully for a small breakfast. Just off a main street,very quiet, but close to many great places to eat or see.

My room here was nice and spacious, and it had a lovely shower. It had everything I needed - so comfy! I could see the rooftops from the window, which was cool. This place is right in the middle of everything, so convenient! 🌆

Very nice small hotel in the old part of Santiago, just 250 meters from the cathedral. All rooms with a small balcony. Everything is functioning well. The host is very friendly and the continental breakfast is fine. Couldn´t be better - will return together with my wife some day.

Also, the location is great and fantastic, minutes from a Roman Catholic cathedral. Btw, it's set in a local area right by the cathedral and Rua du Franco, public bars from high spirits and all the historic sights. The hotel offers coffee, toast, jam and cheese for breakfast.

The double room with a balcony here had all the basic facilities we needed, and the breakfast selection was fantastic, catering to everyone.

Staff were very warm and friendly. Room was cleaned and already available when we arrived mid-morning . Very accomodating for breakfast with fruit's and yoghurts, as well as normal continental breakfast. Great location in the old town, 5 minutes walk from Cathedral and 5 minutes walk from Praza Gracias.

Shampoo in bathroom in sachets for the rooms on the front there was some noise in morning from delivery people with trollies on the cobbled street wifi did not work for us in the room
